I had a pleasant stay at Renaissance Properties - 2135 Walnut in Philadelphia, especially because it offered great value for families like mine. The separate living area made for a comfortable spot to unwind, though I did find the kitchen facilities a bit basic for my cooking needs. I enjoyed the space efficiency provided by the multi-bedroom layout, which really suited my family's needs during our visit.
Management was responsive and helpful, especially with minor issues, helping to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Being close to University City made it really easy for us to visit and explore local dining and cultural spots.
